- Health Insurance - Counterpointe offers competitive health insurance plans with coverage for individuals and families. Vision and dental care are included as part of the plan.
- Disability - Counterpointe offers all regular full time employees long and short term disability insurance coverage at no cost to the employee.
- Short Term disability benefits - Guardian will pay short term disability benefits, which is 60% of your earnings covered to a maximum weekly benefit of $1,000 for up to 12 weeks.
- Long Term disability benefits - 60% of your earnings will be covered up to a maximum monthly benefit of up to $10,000 up to age 65.
